How long does shipping take?

Please allow between 3-5 business days. We strive in fast & free shipping, and typically ship all orders with express shipping with no extra cost!

Can I return or exchange my order?

We do not accept any REFUNDS or EXCHANGES of any kind. If your order is lost or stolen, you will be required to show proof of "no delivery" or signature.

Can I bleach or dye the hair?

Yes! All of our products tolerate bleach and dyes, and can be re-used and/or re-dyed! This theory has been tested by the CEO herself :)

How Long does the hair last?

With good care (treated as its your own), our hair lasts a minimal of 2 years.
